Inbound Links
The New Brunswick Department of Tourism and Parks requires that linking sites
adhere to the following guidelines:
Deep Linking (inbound links)
Deep linking allows users to enter on the page (URL) where they will find the
exact content they are looking for. For example if an external site is offering
a link to get a vacation planning kit, it would be confusing for the user to
have to navigate through our site to find this information. Instead, the link
from the external site should land them right on the URL for the order guides
page. This in essence is what we call deep linking.
The New Brunswick Department of Tourism and Parks requires that linking sites
adhere to the following guidelines :
If you agree with the terms noted above, you should provide written notice to web@tourismnewbrunswick.co.uk. We will not refuse a reasonable request for an inward link,
provided that the organization is reputable and is not, in the opinion of the
New Brunswick Department of Tourism and Parks, harmful to the image or reputation
of the Department or province of New Brunswick.
The Department will provide inbound links with standard-sized banners and icons
for download purposes.
Outbound Links
The outbound links on the official Tourism New Brunswick website contains links
to government sites and regulatory and industry bodies, associations and
organizations (ie., Campground Association, Bed and Breakfast Association, New
Brunswick Outfitters Associations, TIANB etc).
As a government organization, the Department of Tourism and Parks must be
vendor neutral. As such, no commercial links will be provided through/via
TourismNewBrunswick.co.uk
E-mail web@tourismnewbrunswick.co.uk

website and include:

tourism destination.
